凉膈散对家兔内毒素温病模型的化瘀作用研究

摘　　要：用大肠杆菌内毒素ｉｖ复制家兔温病模型，观察凉膈散对模型动物的化瘀作用，结果凉膈散能够抑制内毒素所致家兔血小板计数（ＢＰＣ）、凝血酶原时间（ＰＴ）、血浆纤维蛋白原含量（Ｆｂ）及血液流变性的异常改变。The Epidemic Febrile Disease (EFD) model of rabbits was made by endotoxin and the effection of removing blood stagnation of Liangge San (LGS) was observed.The results showed that LGS correct the abnormal changement of platelet count (BPC),prothrombin time (PT),the content of fibrinogen and the rheological property of blood of the model rabbits,as well as restrain the platelet aggregation of normal and model animals induced by ADP.
