羌蓝汤解热作用机理的探讨

摘　　要：家兔ｉｖ内毒素后，在体温升高的同时血浆ｃＡＭＰ含量与血清ＩＬ１、ＩＬ６水平显著升高。家兔ｉｇ２０ｇ／ｋｇ羌蓝汤可以抑制内毒素的致热作用，在解热的同时也抑制血浆ｃＡＭＰ含量以及血清ＩＬ１、ＩＬ６活性水平的升高。Qianglan Tang could bring down the high temperature in rabbit induced by endotoxin while inhibited the content of cAMP in blood plasma and the activities of IL 1,IL 6 in serum. This result showed that the antipyretic mechanism of Qianglan Tang is relative to the inhibition of cAMP,Il 1 and IL 6.
