复方珍珠暗疮片的药理作用

摘　　要：复方珍珠暗疮片能抑制二甲苯、巴豆油合剂所致小鼠耳炎症肿胀，也能抑制二甲苯致炎耳毛细血管通透性增高；能明显抑制小鼠因冰醋酸所引起的外周疼痛；在体外抑菌实验中对所试的引起皮肤及痤疮感染６种细菌有不同程度的抑菌作用，小鼠灌服的最大耐受量为１５４４ｇ／ｋｇ。FFZZACT inhibited the mouse ear edema induced by xylene or croton oil, and also inhibited the xylene induced increase of vascular permeability.The acetic acid-induced pain was relieved by the drug.FFZZACT had bacteriostatic effects on six examined strains infecting skin,its bacteriostasis being relatively strong in staphylococcus aureus and beta hemolytic streptococcus.There was no death in mice after ig the drug with maximal tolerance dose being 15.44g/kg.
