李氏5号方对神经元的促进增殖和对损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的：研究“李氏５号方”对神经元增殖和缺血样损伤的影响，阐明“李氏５号方”用于治疗多种脑病的作用机制。方法：用离体培养的ＰＣ１２细胞为实验模型，通过形态学观察、ＭＴＴ自动微量法检测及乳酸脱氢酶（ＬＤＨ）活性检测，结果：结果表明“李氏５号方”水煎剂（含挥发油成分）及“李氏５号方”含药血清均能不同程度地促进ＰＣ１２细胞的增殖，抑制ＮａＣＮ加缺糖造成的缺血样损伤。To study protection on ischemia injury and improving effects on proliferation of Lishi No.5 on neuron, to illuminate mechanism of Lishi No.5 in treating brain diseases.By morphological identification, colorimetric MTT assay, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) efflux assay,we observed the improving effects on proliferation of the serum with Lishi No.5 and the extracts (including distilled oil), and they both depressed the NaCN and glucose deprivation induced PC12 damage in concentration dependent and dose dependent manner.
