脑力智宝提取物及其含药血清对PC12细胞缺氧损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的 :研究脑力智宝对神经细胞缺氧损伤的影响。方法 :采用血清药理学方法 ,体外培养PC12细胞 ,研究脑力智宝对连二亚硫酸钠引起PC12细胞缺氧损伤的影响。结果 :脑力智宝可明显对抗缺氧引起的PC12细胞形态改变 ,降低LDH的漏出 ,增加细胞的存活率。结论 :脑力智宝提取物及其含药血清对缺氧引起的PC12细胞损伤具有保护作用。Objective:To examine the protective effects of NLZB on anoxia induced cultured PC12 cells injury. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] Serologic pharmacological test method was used to study effect of NLZB on anoxia induced PC12 cells injury. The viability of PC12 cells was determined by MTT colormetric microassay and the overall cell injury was assessed by measurement of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] When hypoxia injury, MTT test showed a reduced production of formazan and the release of LDH into the bathing medium increased obviously, indicating that the PC12 cells were seriously damaged. When the cells were pretreated with the extract of NLZB and the serum of containing drug, it was shown that thenumber of surviving PC12 cells increased significantly and the values of LDH efflux in culture medium attenuated. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] This results sugggest that NLZB can protect PC12 cells against hypoxia injury.
