冬虫夏草和中国拟青霉对小鼠脾细胞T细胞亚型和NK细胞活性的影响

摘　　要：经流氏细胞仪分析 ,冬虫夏草和中国拟青霉水提液可显著增加ConA刺激的小鼠脾细胞L3 T4 + 和Lyt2 + T细胞的增殖 ,增加脾细胞L3 T4 + 和Lyt2 + T细胞的数 ,L3 T4 + /Lyt2 + T比值降低。用MTT还原法观察 ,二者均可增加小鼠脾细胞NK细胞的活性。此外 ,冬虫夏草和中国拟青霉均可增加脾重、吞噬细胞数及吞噬细胞百分率。In this paper the effect of CS (Cordyceps sinensis (Berk) Sacc) and CN 80-2 (Paecilomyceps sinensis sp nov) on T-lymphocyte subsets and natural killer cell activities were reported. FACS (fluorescence-activated cell sorter) analysis of the spleen showed marked increase of L 3T 4+ lymphocyte (helper cells) and Lyt 2+ lymphocyte (suppressor cells), especially the number of Lyt 2+, reduced the ratio of L 3T 4+/Lyt 2+. In addition, both CS and CN80-2 does dependently enhanced NK cell activities, the spleen weight and splenic phogocyte counts were also markedly elevated in test group.
