摘  要:给大鼠反复ipCCl4 诱发肝脏代谢紊乱 ,脂质沉积 ,代偿性地使肝内弥漫性纤维增生 ,肝脏假小叶形成 ,肝组织中HPA含量增加 ,形成肝硬化 ,并可见血清ALT活性升高 ,TP与ALB减少 ,A/G比值倒置。肝复乐能降低CCl4 肝硬化大鼠模型血清和肝组织中TCh和TG含量 ,升高血清TP与ALB ,逆转A/G比值 ,降低ALT活性 ,降低肝组织中HPA含量。Objective: Study on protecting effects of Ganfule on expermental rat hepatocirrhosis models. Methods: Hepatocirrhosis animal models were prepared by intraperitoneal injection of 30% CCl 4 (2.0ml/kg, tiwce a week) in SD rats for 7 weeks. Medicines were ig given from fifth week for 4 weeks. It was measurement of ALT, TP, ALB and TCh and TG of serum and liver tissue, and HPA of liver tissue. Examinations histopathology and electron microscope were done to the liver tissue. Results: In the models, there occurred compensatory diffuse fibroplastic proliferation of the livers, formation of liver pseudoluboli, increasing of hydroxyprolic acid content of liver, raising of the activity of serum ALT, decreasing of TP and ALB, inversion of A/G ratio. Ganfule could lower TCh and TG content of serum and liver tissue, raise serum TP and ALB content, reverse A/G ratio, decrease activity of serum ALT and liver tissue HPA content in the CCl 4-hepatocirrhosis animal models. It abated the degree of fibroplastic proliferation and hepatocirrhosis of liver tissue in the models. Conclusion: It is concluded that ganfule could protect liver from hepatocirrhosis damagement by CCl 4.
