摘  要:采用D 半乳糖拟痴呆模型观察知母皂甙元对学习记忆和脑内自由基代谢的影响 ,结果发现 ,知母皂甙元对模型小鼠的学习记忆障碍有明显改善作用 ,同时能显著增强脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶活力 ,降低脑组织中脂质过氧化物和脂褐素的浓度。表明知母皂甙元对半乳糖拟痴呆模型的学习记忆功能及脑内自由基代谢有明显改善作用。The effect of sapogenin from Zhimu (Rhizoma anemarrhenae, ZMS), on learning and memory ability and free-radical metabolism was studied in mouse dementia model induced by D-galactose. The result showed that when model mice were treated by daily oral administrated of ZMS, the learning and memory ability as studied by step through test was significantly higher than untreated model mice (P<0.01). It has also been found that the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was significantly increased (P<0.01), and the contents of liposuperoxide (LPO) and lipofusichrome (LF) in brain were siginificantly lower than untreated model group (P<0.01, P<0.01). The result demonstrated that ZMS has an effect of improving learning and memory ability as well as improving the free redical metabolism of dementia model induced by D-galactose.oxide (LPO)andlipofusichrome (LF)inb
