黑种草子油对大鼠体外血栓形成和抗血小板聚集的作用

摘　　要：黑种草子油 0 2 5g/kg、0 5 g/kg能明显的抑制ADP、collagen诱导的大鼠血小板聚集 ,0 5 g/kg、1g/kg能抑制大鼠体外血栓长度 ,1g/kg能减轻大鼠体外血栓重量 ,明显延长大鼠血爆时间 ,还能降低甘油三脂 。Nigella glanelulifera Preyn is rich on oil, in which linoic acid have a high content (up to 55.35%). So the effects of Nigella glaneluifera oil on rat platelet aggregation、thrombus formation in vitro and hypotriglyceride were studied. It was found that the oil at 0.25g/kg and 0.5g/kg can remarkably inhibit the ADP or collagen induced platelet aggregation in rat (P<0.05, P<0.001), the oil at 0.5g/kg and 1g/kg can shorten rat thrombus in vitro (P<0.05), the oil at 1g/kg can abate the wet weight of rat thrombus in vitro (P<0.05), the oil at 0.5g/kg、1g/kg can abate the dry weight of rat thrombus in vitro (P<0.001) and remarkably lengthen the time of blood bursting (P<0.05, P<0.001). The oil can also lower the content of triglyceride (P<0.05), but it has no effect on the content of cholesterol.
