摘　　要：山东省农村卫生“三项建设”工作启动 1 0年以来 ,全省各地各级单位坚持依此为契机积极推进农村卫生建设与发展 ,共筹集资金 2 2 75 2 4 .4 7万元。一方面 ,乡镇卫生院、县级卫生防疫站和妇幼保健站危房得到改造、卫生人员队伍壮大、人员素质提高、设备不断更新、服务能力提高 ,农村基本卫生服务供给状况有了很大的改善 ;另一方面 ,我省农村卫生建设工作仍然存在一些不足的地方 ,需要继续增加投入 ,进一步促进其发展与完善。The constructing project for rural health has been carried near 10 years in Shandong province,the construction for rural health was actively carried investment depending on the chance and 2.27 billions fund has been invested.Buildings were rebuilt,health-workers were strengthened and their abilities enhanced, equipments were renewed and capability was improved in town hospitals,epidemic prevention stations and MCH stations at county-1evel.The condition of health service provision was improvement in rural areas.But there is existing some defections in constructing rural health.More investments need for developing rural health.
