摘　　要：该文应用基尼系数对广东省卫生资源供给、利用和需求分布现状的公平性进行评价。结果表明 :( 1 )从供给看 ,医生和病床总量分布均较公平 ,但三级医院医生和病床的分布不公平 (基尼系数 >0 .5 ) ;( 2 )从利用看 ,无论是总量还是三级医院 ,医生、病床分布的基尼系数均 >0 .6 ,说明考虑利用后的不公平性增加 ;( 3)需求和需要总量基本上公平 ,但对三级医院医生和病床的需求不公平性较高 ,基尼系数均在 0 .6以上。The equity of distribution of health resources of supply, demand and utilization in Guangdong province were evaluated by Gini coefficient. The results showed that: (1)the distribution of overall amount of supply was fairly equitable, but the distribution of structure was inequity.(2)the distribution of overall amount and structure of supply become more unfair if the utilization was considered at same time;(3)the distribution of overall amount of demand was basically equitable, but the distribution of structure was unfair.
