摘 要:目的 以IL 8为指标评价血透病人透析膜生物相容性及尿毒症病人体内的炎症反应。方法 尿毒症维持血液透析 4 0例 ,先后用醋酸纤维素膜 (CA组 )和聚砜膜 (PS组 )透析器透析。Non HD组为尿毒症非透析患者 2 0例。对照组为健康成人 10例。结果 血透后CA组血浆IL 8水平较血透前显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;PS组较血透前升高 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两组间血透后血浆IL 8水平有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。CA组、PS组和Non HD组与正常对照组相比血浆IL 8水平均明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 血透可引起血浆IL 8水平升高 ,主要与透析膜生物相容性有关 ;醋酸纤维素膜生物相容性较聚砜膜差 ;尿毒症病人血浆ILPurpose: To determine whether interleukin 8 (IL-8) can be used as an index of biocompatibility of dialysis membranes. Methods: CA group: 40 uremic patients underwent a single hemodialysis session using cellulose acetate membrane(CA group); PS group: the above patients underwent another single hemodialysis session using polyester sulfone membrane 1 month later; Non-HD group: 20 uremic patients didn't undergo dialysis; Control group: 10 healthy adults with normal renal function. Results: There was no difference of plasma IL-8 level among CA, PS and Non-HD groups before hemodialysis [CA group: (116 ± 26.0) ng/L, PS group: (116.5 ± 23.3) ng/L, Non - HD groups: (115.7 ± 32.1)ng/L], but it was significantly lower in control group than in the above three groups(57.9 ± 12. 2, P0.05 1. IL-8 plasma level was significantly higher in CA group than that in PS group after hemodialysis(P<0.01). Conclusions: Plasma interleukin 8 level was increased by hemodialysis, which was largely dependent on the biocompatibility of dialysis membrane. CA membrane was less biocompatible than PS membrane. The plasma IL-8 level was generally higher in uremic patient than that in normal individual.
