摘  要:目的 研究大黄对烫伤后大鼠肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链的影响。方法 采用大鼠背部烫伤模型 ,分离小肠粘膜上皮细胞内线粒体 ,监测细胞色素aa3 、b、c、c1 和能荷的水平。结果 烫伤后 6h肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体细胞色素aa3 、b、和c1 出现明显丢失 ;而细胞色素c和能荷在烫伤后半小时即有明显下降 ,于伤后 6h最为严重。大黄治疗后细胞色素aa3 、b、c、c1 和能荷显著提高 (P <0 0 5vs烫伤组 )。结论 烫伤能导致肠粘膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链明显受损、能量合成障碍 。Objective To investigate the effects of rhubarb on mitochondria of intestinal mucosa in burned rats.Methods The rat burn model was used.Mitochondria was isolated from the intestinal mucosa.Cytochrome aa 3,b,c,c 1 and energy produotion were monitored to evaluate the function of respiratory chain of the mitochondria in intestinal mucosa.Results The level of cytochrome aa 3,b,and c 1 in small intestinal mucosa did not obviously change 2 hr after the burn.However,they decreased 6 hr after the injury.Cytochrome c and energy production changed as early as 0 5 hr after the thermal injury.Rhubarb could evidently prevent the loss of cytochrome aa 3,b,c and c 1 from the inner membrane of mitochondria in small intestinal mucosa,and improve the energy synthesis of mitochondria.Conclusion Burn injury can damage the function of mitochondria in intestinal mucosa,and rhubard obviously protects the mitochondria from thermal injury. [
