太宁栓治疗Ⅰ度、Ⅱ度内痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究太宁栓治疗 度、 度内痔的有效性和安全性。方法 :6 0例 度、 度内痔患者 ,其中太宁组和对照组各30例。太宁组使用太宁栓 ,对照组使用痔疮栓 ,每日 2次 ,连续使用 7d。结果 :1在治疗 2 d后 ,太宁组患者的出血和局部不适、瘙痒的平均积分较治疗前明显减少 (P <0 .0 1) ;2在治疗 7d后 ,太宁组患者的各项观察指标的平均积分较治疗前的减少值明显高于对照组患者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,太宁组的显效率 (6 8%)总有效率 (85 %)均高于对照组 (37%,6 5 %) (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ;3所有患者在治疗 7d后 ,未发现有不良反应的发生。结论 :太宁栓对治疗 度、 度内痔有明显的疗效且优于常规方法 ,未见明显不良反应。Objective: To evaluate the cruative effect and safety of Titanoreine suppository in treatment of Ⅰ°?Ⅱ° internal hemorrhoids. Methods:60 patients with Ⅰ°?Ⅱ° internal hemorrhoids were randomized into two groups. Titanoreine group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Titanoreine supository and hemorrhoid suppository were used twice daily in the Titanoreine group and control group respectively. The duration of treatment was 7 days. Results:①After 2-day treatment, the mean score of hemorrhage, partly unwell and pruritus in the Titanoreine group were obviously decreased (P<0.01); ②After 7-days treatment, score reduction of all the observed parameter were siginificantly higher in the Titanoreine group than in the control group (P<0.05). In the same time, the effective rate and total effective rate of Titanoreine group(68%?85%) was siginificantly higher than control group (37%,65%)(P<0.01,P<0.05); ③After 7-days treatment, no major adverse event were observed in both groups. Conclusion:There were obviously curative effect and safety in the treament of Ⅰ°?Ⅱ° internal hemorrhoids with Titanoreine suppository and it exceed the clinical routine methods.
