摘  要:进行了不同的保温温度和淬火介质对Cu - 2 7.0 4 %Zn - 3.6 2 %Al- 0 .17%Zr(wt% )形状记忆合金相变点的复合效应的研究 ,采用四点式直流电阻法测试样的电压 -温度曲线 ,并得出所有试样的Ms,Mf,As,Af 点。实验结果表明 :随着保温温度的升高 ,分级淬火相变点均有上升趋势 ,而直接淬火时保温温度高于 76 0℃时 ,其As,Af反而下降 ,Ms 点均低于室温。相同的保温温度下和保温时间下 ,直接淬后各相变点均高于分级淬后对应的相变点 ,晶粒尺寸的变化规律与保温温度和相变点变化一致。The integrating effect of different holding temperatures and quenching medium on the phase transformation temperatures of Cu-27.04%Zn-3.62%Al-0.17%Zr(wt%) alloy was studied. Four pointed D.C. resistance circuit was employed to draw . Voltage-temperature curves of different specimen ,then M s, M f, A s, A f were got . Results showed that with the increasement of holding temperatures, the phase transformation temperatures of step quenched specimens increase , while A s, A f of direct quenched specimens decline when they are held above 760 ℃. With the same holding temperature and holding time, phase transformation temperatures after the alloy is directly quenched alloy are higher than those of step quenched alloy . The change of grain size coincides with the temperature change .
