摘　　要：“生产价格”决定交换价值是商品交换中的普遍现象。坚持和发展马克思主义价值理论必须端正学风 ,从客观经济事实出发 ,把生产条件占有关系决定交换价值的历史唯物主义观点贯彻到底。It is a general phenomenon in the merchandise exchange that production cost decide the exchange price. For insisting and developing the price theory of Marxism,we must have a good learning attitude. We must insist the viewpoint in the history materialism,the occuption of production factor decide the price in merchandise exchange,and base our opinions on the economic facts.
