摘  要:本文研究硒缺乏对动物心肌损伤的影响,借以探讨硒缺乏和克山病的关系.采用低硒的合成饲料喂养五周龄BALB/C雄性小鼠五周,测定全血中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及肝脏中硒的含量,用光镜和电镜观察心肌的病变.实验结果表明缺硒组小鼠全血中GSH-Px活性及肝硒值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),成功地复制出缺硒动物模型.In this paper, the effect of selenlum deficiency on myocardial injuries and the r elationship between selenium deficiency and Keshan Disease were investigated.Mal e BALB/C mice fed with synthesized low-selenium food,which were five years old,w ere raised for 5 weeks.The GSH-Px activity in the whole blood and the selenium l evel in the livers of the mice were detected.The disease changes in myocardial m uscles were observed by using light microscope and electronic microscope.The res ults indicated tha t the livers of selenium-deficient mice were significantly lower than that the c o ntrolled (P<0.01).The selenium-deficient mouse model was successfully reproducib le according to protocol in the study.
