摘　　要：This paper expounds the position of database management in modern enterprise management,analyses the present situation of clique sales company correspondent management system with the knowledge of database and the platform VFP6.0,and following the exploitive step of software engineering,constructs DBMS product model adapting to the clique sales company correspondent management,so as to meet users’ requirements for safety,privacy,convenient operation,reports generating and resource sharing.This paper expounds the position of database management in modern enterprise management,analyses the present situation of clique sales company correspondent management system with the knowledge of database and the platform VFP6.0,and following the exploitive step of software engineering,constructs DBMS product model adapting to the clique sales company correspondent management,so as to meet users' requirements for safety,privacy,convenient operation,reports generating and resource sharing.
