摘  要:作者利用 1994 - 1995年在东海陆架平北地区获取的 370个柱状样 ,单样长 2 - 4米 ,进行了沉积序列垂向分析和横向地层对比、粒度分析和有孔虫鉴定 ,并结合研究区14 C测年数据 ,结果显示 ,本区表层沉积物自下而上存在三层结构 (第Ⅲ层 -第Ⅰ层 ) ,这三层沉积的形成受晚更新世末期以来海平面波动的控制。即形成于末次冰期最盛时的第Ⅲ层冲积平原相泥质沉积 ;末次冰期结束 ,晚更新世末期海面上升过程中形成的第Ⅱ层滨、浅海相沉积 ;以及全新世早期海侵过程中形成的第Ⅰ层改造沉积。Three hundred seventy (370) vibrocores (2-4 m in length) were obtained during 1994-1995 from the East China Sea continental shelf, aiming at providing data for geochemical exploration of oil and gas. Grain size analysis is made for 1085 samples taken from different horizons of the 370 vibrocores. Stratigraphic analysis is conducted based on 10 typical vibrocore sediment sequences. Foraminifera species and abundance are identified and calculated for 13 samples from various depth of 3 vibrocores. Besides, 14C data collected from previous research are also incorporated into the present study. Results of these analyses demonstrate that the sedimentation of the relic in the study area is primary controlled by sea level fluctuation. There are three strata from the top downward the cores: Ⅰ, reworked sediment formed during early Holocene transgression; Ⅱ, coastal and shallow marine sediment deposited during late Pleistocene when sea level began to rise; Ⅲ, fluvial and lacustrine sedimentation occurred during the latest glaciation when sea level stood in lower level.
