摘　　要：目的 :研究依诺沙星阴道栓的处方、制备工艺、质量控制、稳定性、刺激性及临床应用。方法 :以明胶、甘油为基质制备依诺沙星阴道栓 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定栓剂中依诺沙星的含量 ,检测波长 346nm ,标准曲线的线性范围 2～ 12 μg·mL 1。结果 :平均回收率 99.98% ,RSD 0 .2 6 % (n =6 )。结论 :本处方设计合理、制备简单、质量稳定、适合于临床推广应用。Objective:To study the formula, technology of preparation, quality control, stability, irritative nature and clinical application of enoxacin pessary. Methods:Enoxacin pessaries were prepared with the use of gelatin and glycerin as ground substances. The content of enoxacin in the pessary was determined by UV spectrophotometry with a wavelength of 346 nm, and a linear range of 2～12 μg·mL 1 in the standard curve. Results:The average rate of recovery was 99.98% with an RSD of 0.26% (n=6). Conclusion:The design of the formula was rational, the process of preparation simple, and the quality of the drug stable. It is therefore worth while to spread its application in the clinic.
