不育症患者子宫卵巢动脉血流变化与卵巢周期功能性改变关系

摘　　要：目的 :了解不育症患者子宫、卵巢动脉血流变化与卵巢周期功能性改变规律。方法 :应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声对 2 5例正常妇女与 5 0例不育症妇女血流参数以及激素水平测定。结果 :不育症组妇女卵泡期、排卵期、黄体期子宫、卵巢动脉血流PI、RI值大于正常妇女 (P <0 0 1) ;血清的E2 和P低于正常妇女 (P <0 0 1) ,多囊卵巢妇女LH、T高于正常妇女 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :子宫、卵巢动脉血流改变与卵巢循环及卵巢新生血管增加有关 。Objective:To explore the change of blood flow within uterus artery and ovarian artery in patient with sterility and their correlativities with ovarian cycle.Method:The parameter of blood stream in 25 healthy women and 50 sterility women were moniored with transvaginal color doppler ultrasound,and their levels of serum hormone were measured.Results:During proliferative phase,ovulation phase,progestational stage,the PI,RI of blood flow within uterus artery and ovarian aritery in sterillty women were higher than that in healthy women(P<0 01),the E 2 and P of serum were lower than that in healthy women(P<0 01),LH,T in patients with polysystic ovatian syndrome were higher than that in healthy women(P<0 01).Conclusion:The change of blood flow within uterus artery and overian artery is related with ovarian current and hyperplastic blood vessel,and significantly related with oophoric hormoes.
