HPLC法测定天仙子和马尿泡中3种托烷类生物碱的含量

摘　　要：采用 Kromasil C18ODS色谱柱 (4.6 mm× 15 0 mm,5 μm) ,以甲醇 -水 (2 5∶ 75 ,水中含 2 0 mmol·L-1醋酸钠、 0 .0 2 %三乙胺、 0 .3%四氢呋喃 ,p H 6 .0 )为流动相 ,流速为 1.0 m L· min-1,检测波长为 2 15 nm,外标法定量。此方法将 3种生物碱同时进行了定量测定 ,且方法简便、高效、灵敏、重现性好。An HPLC system consisted of Kromasil Column C 18 , with CH 3OH-H 2O(25∶75, adding 0.02% triethanolamine, 20 mmol·L -1 sodium acetate and 0.3% tetrahydrofuran, pH6.0) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 , and detection wavelength was at 215nm. The concentrations of three alkaloids were simultaneously determined by external standard method. The results showed that the method was simple, efficient, highly sensitive and reproducible.
