摘 要:在双氧水生产中,氧气与氢化液反应过程中产生的尾气中含有芳烃。若直接排放该尾气,不仅使芳烃的消耗增多,而且污染环境,因此必须回收尾气中的芳烃。介绍了一种回收芳烃兼发电的方法——涡轮膨胀制冷和活性炭吸附组合法。在15万t/a双氧水生产装置中采用该法,在回收芳烃的同时,年发电量为195. 5万k W·h(年运行时间按8 500 h计算)。In the production of hydrogen peroxide, tail gas was produced during the oxygen and hydrogenating liquid and contained aromatics. If the tail gas was discharged reaction between directly, not only was the consumption of aromatics increased, but also the environment was polluted. Therefore, it was necessary to recover the aromatics from the tail gas. A method for recovering aromatics and generating electricity was introduced, This method was comprised of turbo expansion refrigeration and activated carbon adsorption. Aromatics were recovered by the method and 1. 955 million kW ~ h of power was generated annually for the production of 150 000 t/a hydrogen peroxide on the basis of 8 500 h of annual running time.
