摘 要:介绍了用紫外分光光度计测定离子膜片碱中镍含量的测定原理。试样用酸中和后,以柠檬酸作掩蔽剂,在碱性溶液中,用丁二酮肟氧化镍离子生成红色的络合物;在465 nm处,用紫外分光光度计测量丁二酮肟镍的吸光度,以此测定碱液中镍离子的含量。对一些影响测定的条件,如最大波长、显色酸度、显色剂用量、配合物稳定时间等进行了试验研究和探讨,给出了最佳的测定条件。对样品进行加标回收试验,测得的回收率均大于97%。The principle of determination by ultraviolet spectrophotometer of nickel content in ion-exchange membrane flake caustic soda is introduced. After the sample is neutralized with acid, nickel ion is oxidized by diacetyl dioxime at presence of citric acid as masking agent in an alkaline solution and a red complex is formed. The absorbance of diacetyl dioxime nickel at 465 nm was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer to determine the nickel ion content in the solution. Some conditions affecting the determination, 'such as maximum wavelength, acidity at colour development, amount of colour-developing agent, stability time of complex, were studied and discussed, and the best conditions were given. Standard-added recovery test was carried out, and the recovery rate was more than 97%.
