摘　　要：兽医社会化服务是当前兽医管理体制改革的重要方向,是动物防疫力量的重要补充。本文分析了兽医社会化服务发展面临的机遇,阐述了发展中存在的制度约束、政策不具体、推进抓手不足等突出问题,提出兽医社会化服务发展要从强制免疫、检测检验、专项服务、养殖保险等方面突破,建议政府及有关部门要强化政策支持、制度创新、主体培育及规范管理,以顶层设计为引领,推动兽医社会化服务快速健康发展。At present, promoting the construction of veterinary socialized service system is an important direction in the reform of veterinary management system, and it is also an important supplement to animal disease preyention. In this article, the opportunities faced in the development of veterinary socialized service were analyzed, and the prominent problems were also expounded, such as institutional constraints, unspecified policies and the insufficient implementation measures. It was recommended that developing the socialized veterinary service system could start from compulsory immunization, detection and inspection, special services and breeding insurance, etc. Besides, government and related departments should strengthen policy supports, institutional innovation, the cultivation of market operation subjects, as well as the standardized management. Guiding by the top-level design, the rapid and healthy development of veterinary socialized service system would be oromoted.
