摘  要:以Unigraphics NX 10.0软件为开发平台,应用UG/Open GRIP和UG/Open Menu Script二次开发工具,对MATLAB 2016和VERICUT 8.0软件在Unigraphics平台下进行了集成,开发了数控机床在线检测系统。为验证这一系统的有效性,对在线检测数据与三坐标测量机检测数据进行了对比,结果显示,两者最大误差仅为0.05 mm。数控机床在线检测系统的开发,为精密复杂零件的高效数控加工与表面质量信息的获取提供了技术支持。With Unigraphics NX 10.0 software as the development platform, UG/Open GRIP and UG/ Open Menu Script as the tool for secondary development, MATLAB 2016 and VERICUT 8.0 software were integrated on Unigraphics platform to develop an online measurement system for CNC machine tools. In order to verify the effectiveness of this system, the online measured data was compared with the measured data on CMM. The results show that the maximum error between the two is only 0.05 ram. The development of on-line measurement system for CNC machine tools provides technical support for efficient CNC machining of sophisticated and complex parts and for acquisition of surface quality data.
