摘　　要：根据某合资制造企业C类产品的交付需求,利用价值流图思想对生产线人员配置进行规划。在工艺流程、标准工时、生产效率、合格率、停工率等的基础上,完成了项目初期5年内生产线人员配置的规划,并予以实施。在保证产品按时交付的条件下,实现了人力成本最低的目标。According to the delivery requirements of a C-type product of a joint venture manufacturing enterprise, the concept of value stream map was used to plan the staffing of the production line. On the basis of the process flow, standard working hours, production efficiency, qualification rate, and shutdown rate, the planning of the production line staffing within the initial 5 years of the project was completed and implemented. The goal of minimizing labor costs was achieved under the condition that the product delivery on time should be guaranteed.
