摘 要:选取东折棱河自然保护区2种不同红松林林型(云冷杉红松林和蒙古栎红松林),采用乔、灌、草生物多样性对比研究的方法,研究林地结构特征对红松针阔混交林生物多样性的影响。对2种不同红松林林型的乔、灌、草3层的生物多样性大小进行分析比较,利用辛普森多样性指数和香农—威纳指数对比分析2个林型内部各层次的生物多样性、2个林型之间相对层次的多样性及2个林型总体多样性。结果表明,2个林型乔、灌、草3层物种多样性的高低为:草本层>灌木层>乔木层,生物多样性随植被所处林层高度的提升而递减;云冷杉红松林乔木层和灌木层的生物多样性均大于蒙古栎红松林,其草本层的生物多样性小于蒙古栎红松林。Two different kinds of Pinus koraiensis mixed forests ( the Abiesnephrolepis and Picea koraiensis and Pinus koraiensis mixed forest and the Quercus mongolica and Pinus koraiensis mixed forest) were se- lected to study the effects of forestland structure characteristic on the biodiversity based on the compara- tive research of arbor-shrub-herb biodiversity. The biodiversity of the three layers were compared and the Simpson' s diversity index and Shannon-Weiner index were used to analyze the inner biodiversity, the relative biodiversity, the total biodiversity of three layers of two forest types. The results showed that the rank of biodiversity was herb > shrub > arbor and the biodiversity decreased with the increase of for- est height. The biodiversity of the Abies nephrolepis and Picea koraiensis and Pinus koraiensis mixed forest was greater than the Quercus mongolica and Pinus koraiensis mixed forest on arbor layer and shrub layer and was less on herb layer.
