摘 要:为了解决聚苯乙烯(PS)选区激光烧结(SLS)成型件质量较差的问题,使用不同工艺下的芳纶纤维(AF)作为增强改性材料制备了两种PS/AF复合粉末材料;在激光功率30 W,轮廓扫描速度2 200 mm/s等条件下,通过控制变量法分别研究了预热温度、分层厚度及填充扫描速度对两种PS/AF复合粉末材料SLS成型件精度及弯曲强度的影响规律。结果表明,PS/AF复合粉末材料SLS成型件的X、Y向尺寸精度不受工艺参数变化的影响;以聚合球磨AF为填料的PS/AF复合粉末材料成型件整体上的Z向成型精度较好,但其弯曲强度值低于以短切AF为填料的PS/AF复合粉末材料;在试验范围内,得到预热温度、分层厚度及填充扫描速度较优工艺参数范围为85~95℃,0. 20~0. 24 mm和1 400~1 800 mm/s。In order to solve the problem of poor quality of polystyrene selective laser sintering molding,two kinds of PS/AF composite powder materials were prepared by using aramid fiber as reinforced material under different processes. Under the conditions of laser power 30 W,contour scanning speed 2 200 mm/s,and so on,the preheating temperature and layer thickness were studied by the control variable method. The influence of degree and filling scanning speed on the accuracy and flexural strength of two kinds of PS/AF composite powder SLS molding parts were studied. The results show that the X direction and Y dimension precision of the PS/AF composite powder material are not affected by the change of the technological parameters. The PS/AF composite powder material with polymerized ball mill AF as filler could provide a good Z direction forming precision,however its bending strength value is lower than the PS/AF composite powder material with short cut AF filler. In the range of test,the optimum technological parameters of preheating temperature,delamination thickness and filling scanning speed are 85 ~ 95 ℃,0. 20 ~ 0. 24 mm and 1 400 ~ 1800 mm/s,respectively.
