泛渤海经济区经济人口重心演变及区域发展差异

摘　　要：在界定泛渤海经济区范围的基础上,刻画了该地区经济重心与人口重心的演变路径。结果显示:泛渤海经济区存在发展不平衡的现象,表现为东部地区优于西部地区,南部地区优于北部地区;近10年来该地区发展差异有所缩小,但短期内难以改变。据此认为,实现泛渤海地区的协调发展,须认清区域发展差异现状,完善相应的公共服务和基础设施,提升城市的资源承载能力,加快中西部城市发展,促进人口和经济要素自由流动,加强各地区间的轴带建设和经济联系,强化地区分工与合作,由点—轴发展向网络化发展转变。On the basis of defining the scope of the Pan-Bohai Economic Zone,this essay describes the dynamic evolution of the economic gravity and the population gravity of this region. The results show that: Firstly,the economic development in Pan-Bohai Economic Zone is uneven,where the eastern region is better developed than the western region,and the south is better than the north; Secondly,the difference of regional development in Pan-Bohai has been narrowed over the past 10 years,however,the difference of regional development between eastern and western would not be altered in the short run. Accordingly, to realize the harmonious development of Pan-Bohai area,we should firstly recognize the differences in regional development, improve the infrastructure and public service ability and enhance the carrying capacity of the city’s resources. Also,we should accelerate the development of cities in central and western regions,promote the free flow of economic factors and population,strengthen regional labor division and cooperation and transform from the point development mode to network development mode.
