摘  要:测定戊烷不溶物可以判断在用发动机油受污染和老化的程度。离心法测定戊烷不溶物繁琐,重复性差且存在安全隐患。研究了膜过滤法测定发动机油戊烷不溶物。考察了过滤膜的孔径,恒重条件和取样质量对测定过程与结果的影响。经比较,选用孔径0.45μm的微孔过滤膜比较合适,在100℃下滤膜烘烤15 min^30 min即可到达恒重效果,取样质量为0.15 g^0.30 g。回归分析表明,膜过滤法与离心法的相关系数为0.9022,具有高度的相关性。用膜过滤法代替离心法测定发动机油戊烷不溶物是可行的,可以提高测定戊烷不溶物的效率。The contamination and aging degree of engine oils could be determined by determining the pentane insolubles.The determination of pentane insolubles by centrifugation was cumbersome,and had poorly repeatable and had potential safety hazards.The membrane filtration method was researched to determine the engine oils pentane insolubles.The effects of the pore size of filter membrane,constant weight conditions and sampling quality on the determination process and results were investigated.By comparison, it was more suitable to use a microporous membrane with a pore size of 0.45 p,m.The filter could be baked at 100 ℃ for 15 min to 30 min to achieve a constant weight effect.The sampling mass was 0.15 g to 0.30 g.Regression analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the membrane filtration method and the centrifugation method was 0.9022,which was highly correlated.It was feasible to use the membrane filtration method instead of the centrifugal method to determine the engine oils pentane insolubles, and the efficiency of determining the pentane insolubles could be imoroved.
