摘 要:本文研究了纯电动汽车在90km/h匀速行驶条件下锂离子电池组的温度分布,以及基于实验结果的冷却系统的实验温度分布和优化.首先,利用能量守恒定律和傅立叶导热定律,建立了电池组传热过程的简化数学模型,并利用FLUENT将其转化为有限元模型;其次,建立边界条件和负载条件,求解有限元模型,预测温度分布;再次,在电池模组水平进行热管理台架试验,得到真实的温度分布数据,与仿真结果具有较高的一致性,并根据试验数据对仿真模型进行了进一步标定,提高了有限元模型的精度;最后,经过仿真,对冷却系统进行了优化设计,以达到设计目标.This article mainly researches on simulation temperature distribution of a lithium-ion battery pack under the condition of constant speed of 90km/h,as well as experimental temperature distribution and optimization of cooling system based on experimental results.Firstly,with Energy conservation law and Fourier heat conduction law,a simplified mathematical model describing heat transfer process in the battery pack is established and converted into FEM model using FLUENT.Secondly,boundary conditions and loading conditions are set and then FEM model is solved to predict temperature distribution.Thirdly,thermal management bench tests are executed at battery pack level to obtain actual temperature distribution data which show high consistency with simulation results;and simulation model is further calibrated based on testing data to improve accuracy of the FEM model.Finally,after simulation,optimized design of cooling system is carried out to meet design targets.
