摘　　要：大学生管理制度文化体现了学生管理的社会价值和意义,以价值观念和文化规范的形式约束着大学生管理工作本身,显示出价值观和行为观的辩证统一。为了充分发挥制度文化的吸引力、感召力和约束力,大学生管理制度需要做出对真善美的追求:制度内容要做到"求真"即制度要符合教育和学校发展的客观实际,使其执行成为可能;价值取向"求善"即制度的价值取向要始终指向其本真的目的,使制度成为必要;变迁路径"求美"即制度改革的变迁路径选择要遵循高等教育发展的规律,使制度成为现实。The management system culture of college students embodies the social value and significance of student management restraining the management work itself by the form of values and cultural norms,which shows the dialectical unity of values and behavior.In order to give full play to the attraction,the appeal and binding force of the system culture,the management system of college students needs to pursue truth,goodness and beauty.The content of the system should be seeking truth,that is,the system should conform to the objective reality of education and school development.The value orientation should be seeking goodness,that is ,the value orientation of the system should always point to its true purpose and make the system necessary,and the path of change shall be seeking beauty,that is,the choice of the changing path of the system reform should follow the law of educational development to make the system a reality.
