摘　　要：非物质文化遗产由于其民族性、区域性、公益性、活态性等基本特征成为公共文化服务体系的一个重要组成部分。我国几千年的文明史遗留下丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。苏北地区的非遗资源有着十分鲜明的地域特色,它们纳入政府提供的公共文化服务体系后,对于传承苏北传统文化、丰富老百姓的文艺生活、提升区域文化软实力有着十分重要的意义。结合苏北地区实际,分析了当前"非遗"资源公共文化服务发展现状和存在的问题,提出了相应的对策和建议,以期对苏北地区非遗资源保护工作有一定的借鉴作用。Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of public cultural service system due to its national, regional,public welfare,live state and other basic characteristics.The civilization history of thousands of years in China left behind abundant intangible cuhural heritage resources.The non-heritage resources in northern Jiangsu have very distinct regional characteristics.After they are incorporated into the public cultural service system provided by the government,they will enrich the literary and artistic life of ordinary people by inheriting the traditional culture of northern Jiangsu.It is of great significance to enhance the soft power of regional culture. Combined with the reality of northern Jiangsu,the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the public cultural service of non-legacy resources,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to provide some reference for the protection of non-relict in northern Jiangsu.
