摘  要:为降低喀拉通克铜镍矿充填成本,充分利用全尾砂和冶炼渣作为充填骨料,通过开展充填材料配比试验,分析骨料中加入全尾砂和冶炼渣对充填体强度的影响,并根据三种充填骨料不同占比下充填体强度测试结果以确定充填骨料中戈壁集料、全尾砂和冶炼渣的合适比例。试验结果表明:骨料中加入全尾砂能降低充填料浆离析,但导致充填体强度降低,加入冶炼渣对充填体强度影响不大,但过量冶炼渣导致料浆离析严重;当骨料中戈壁集料、全尾砂和冶炼渣的占比为35%、30%和35%时,灰砂比为1∶4时的强度达到4.37 MPa,满足假顶充填强度要求,灰砂比为1∶8时的强度达到2.5MPa,远大于接顶充填强度要求,可适当降低灰砂比以降低充填成本。To reduce the filling cost of Karatungk Copper-Nickel Mine,and make full use of tailings and smelting slag as filling aggregates,the proportioning test for cemented backfilling materials was conducted.Effects of adding tailings and smelting slag to aggregates on the strength of backfilling body were analyzed,and according to the strength test results of the backfilling body by three types of filling materials with different proportions,the appropriate proportions of Gobi aggregates,tailings,and smelting slag in the filling aggregates were determined. The experiment results indicated that adding tailings to the aggregate reduced segregation of the filling slurry,but the strength oi the filling body was reduced.Adding smelting slag had little effect on the strength of the filling body,but adding excessive smelting slag lead to serious segregation of the filling slurry.When the proportions of Gobi aggregates,tailings,and smelting slag in the filling materialswere 35%,30%and 35%,respectively,the strength of the filling body at the ratio of cement to sand of 1:4reached to 4.37MPa,which met the strength requirement of false roof filling,and the strength of the filling body at the ratio of cement to sand of 1:8reached to 2.5MPa,which was much higher than the strength requirements of the roof-contacted filling,and reducing the cement-sand ratio can cut down the filling cost.
