摘 要:采用(GC-ECD测定了咪鲜胺在田水、土壤和水稻植株样品中的消解动态。土壤、水稻植株样品用丙酮提取,提取液经衍生净化、GC-ECD检测。当咪鲜胺在土壤、田水和植株中的添加浓度为0.05~5.0 mg/kg时,其回收率为83.1%~98.7%之间,RSD为2.6%~6.1%;咪鲜胺的LOD为2.0×10^(-11) g,在田水、土壤、水稻植株中的LOQ为0.05 mg/kg。消解动态试验结果显示,咪鲜胺在植株、土壤以及田水中的消解动态规律符合一级动力学方程,半衰期为3.5~9.5 d。The residual dynamics and final residues of prochloraz in paddy water,soil,plant,samples in supervised field residue trials were determined by GC-ECD.Soil,plant samples were extracted with acetone.The extracts were derivation,cleaned up and determined by GC-ECD.Under the fortified level from 0.05 to 5.0 mg/kg for soil,plant,the recovery ranged from 83.1 % to 98.7 % with the relative standard deviations of 2.6 %-6.1 %.The LOD was 2.0×10^-11 g,and the LOQ of the method was 0.05 mg/L for all samples.The results of dissipation dynamic test showed that the rules consistent with first order kinetics equation,and the half-life of prochloraz was 3.5~9.5 days.
