摘 要:以马来酸酐、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚(9EO)和3-氯-2-羟基丙基磺酸钠为原料,采用三步法合成马来酸单仲醇聚氧乙烯醚(9EO)-2-羟基丙基磺酸盐(MSHS)反应性乳化剂,采用IR表征其结构,测试了其CMC和稳泡性能。将MSHS和马来酸单十二醇聚氧乙烯醚(9EO)-2-羟基丙基磺酸盐(MBHS)以及传统乳化剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)分别应用于半连续式苯丙乳液聚合中,结果表明:以仲醇聚氧乙烯醚合成的MSHS具有比以伯醇聚氧乙烯醚合成的MBHS更低的表面张力和CMC。相比MBHS和SDBS,以MSHS制得的苯丙乳液具有絮凝率低、粒径较小、离子稳定性高、单体转化率高等优点。The reactive emulsifier of MSHS was synthesized from maleic anhydride, secondary alcohol polyoxyethylene ethera and 3-Cl-2-hydroxyl propyl sulfonic acid sodium by three steps. Its structure was characterized by IR and its CMC and bubble stability were tested. They were applied to semi-continuous styrene-acrylic emulsion polymerization.The results show that MSHS has lower surface tension and CMC than MBHS. Compared with MBHS and SDBS, the styrene emulsion made by MSHS has the advantages of low flocculation rate, small particle size, high ionic stability and high monomer conversion.
