摘 要:利用金相法结合非水溶液电解法研究了高碳连铸坯中夹杂物的类型、尺寸、分布、化学成分和来源,确定了高碳连铸坯内部夹杂物情况。结果表明:高碳连铸坯中主要有Al2O3夹杂、硫化物以及Ca O·Al2O3、MgO·Al2O3等复合夹杂物,尺寸大部分小于20μm,在铸坯厚度方向内弧侧1/4处出现聚集,主要来源于采用Si-Ca-Ba系脱氧剂进行脱氧时产生的脱氧产物以及钢液对炉衬和耐火材料的冲刷。The type, size, distribution, chemical composition and source of inclusions were analyzed to determine the condition of non-metal inclusions in high carbon steel billet, using the methods of metallographic analysis and non-aqueous electrolysis experiments. The results indicated that inclusions in high carbon steel billet were mainly Al2O3, sulfide, CaO·Al2O3 and MgO·Al2O3 complex inclusion, etc, which came from deoxidizing production with Si-Ca-Ba complex deoxidizer and corrosion peeling of furnace lining material and refractory material. Inclusions sizes were commonly less than 20μm, and on thickness the inclusions gather in the place of 1/4 from surface.
