摘　　要：通过现场调查,探讨机构养老背景下老年人卫生服务利用及作用路径。采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法选取山东省养老机构及其老年人作为研究对象,运用二分类Logistic回归及路径分析方法探索机构老年人卫生服务利用的可能影响因素。研究结果显示,老年人普遍较差的健康状况是养老机构卫生服务供给的现实需要;就医场所选择中,购药倾向于基层,住院倾向于较高级别的卫生机构;健康观是影响就医行为的重要因素,健康意识淡薄是患病未就诊主要原因;养老机构配置卫生资源的一体化模式是老年人期望最高的养老模式;养老机构是否配置卫生资源是影响卫生服务利用评价的重要中介变量。我国未来养老机构发展战略中应合理嵌入卫生服务资源,以满足入住其中的老年人卫生服务需求。Through on -the -spot investigation,this paper discusses the current situation and influencing pathway of health service utilization of the elderly in the context'of institutional oid - age care.A multistage stratified random sampling was used to select the old -age institutions and the elderly as the objects of nalysis were used to explore the investigation.Two classification Logistic regression and path a- possible influencing factors of health service utilization in the elderly.Research shows,the general poor health condition is.the realistic need of the health service supply of the old -age institution;in the choice of the medical place,the drug purchase tends to be at the grass -roots level,and the :hospital tends to be in the higher level of the health institution;the health view is the important factor that affects the behavior of seeking medical treatment.The lack of health awareness is the main reason for not seeing a doctor,and the integrated mode of health resources allocation in pension institutions is the most expected old -age model for the elderly.The allocation of health resources in pension institutions is an important intermediary variable affecting the utilization and evaluation of health services.There-fore,in the future development strategy of pension institutions in China,we should embed the rational allocation of health service resources to meet the needs of elderly health services.
