从利益共同体到命运共同体

摘　　要："人类命运共同体"作为当前国际关系领域一个颇具代表性的高频热词,这一理念也是中国对世界做出的一份宝贵贡献,它正以其思想高度和实践可能性,而受到各方面的重视、响应和解读,并日益凸显其价值和重要性,不断发挥积极作用。树立人类命运共同体意识,是基于中国传统智慧及和合思维作出的深刻思考,是对当今国际关系和国际政治问题的高度自觉,是关于人类社会价值内涵的崭新理念。从利益共同体到情感共同体、到价值共同体乃至命运共同体,每一个环节都具有其现实和历史的合理性,整个过程都呈现出一个逐步深化与上升的趋势和方向。只有将此一过程及其各个环节纳入到具体分析之中来加以认知,才能真正把握人类命运共同体这个概念及其实践,了解其深意、价值和重要性。As a representative hot expression in today's international relations,the theory of the community of shared future for mankind has become China's valuable contribution to the world.Being ideologically advanced and practical,it has drawn increasing attention,response,and elaboration from all respects, showing greater value and importance,and continuously making positive effects.The idea of the community of shared future for mankind is the in-depth thought stemming from traditional Chinese wisdom and the theory of harmony and unity.It is the high self-consciousness of the issues concerning contemporary international relationship and politics,and also a brand-new concept about the inner value of human society.It has evolved from the community of common interest to the community of common emotions,and then to the community of shared value,and finally to the community of shared future.With each of its links being realistically and historically reasonable,the whole process has shown a gradually deepening and rising tendency.Based on a specific analysis of the whole process and each of its links,the theory and practice of the community of shared future for mankind can be truly understood,with the profoundity,value,and significance of the idea being fully revealed.
