摘  要:服务化战略作为一种新兴战略形式,已经成为制造企业获取核心竞争力的重要选择。文章以我国制造业中的林业企业为研究对象,对其服务化战略进行实证分析。研究发现:我国林业企业仍处于服务化初级阶段;服务化程度对林业企业经营绩效、增长能力和运营能力三项绩效指标的影响各有不同,与增长能力呈三次方递减趋势,与运营能力存在倒U形曲线关系,与经营绩效的关系受到资产负债率、企业规模的抑制。Servitization has become an important strategic choice for the transformation and upgrading of current manufacturing enterprises to cope with the increasingly fierce market competition globally.This paper took forestry enterprises in China'manufacturing industry as the research object,and empirically analyzed its servitization strategy.The main conclusions were as follows:China's forestry enterprises are still in the initial stage of servitization. The degree of servitization has different influence on the three performance indicators of forestry enterprise's management performance,growth ability and operation ability.Servitization has a cube decreasing trend with growth ability,has an inverted U-shaped curve relationship with operation ability.The relationship of servitization and management performance is inhibited by asset-liability ratio and enterprise scale.
