摘  要:基于单一指标的主网在线安全态势(即安全水平及趋势)表征,便于运行经验的获取和积累,也易于"知识"建模。基于电网的有功路径映射弹性网模型,分析了主网静态功–角安全性特征;从适配性和抗噪性方面,选择并研究了量化指标的可行性,进而提出了基于摄动–安全态势感知的经验获取方法。分析发现,电网静态功–角稳定的充要条件是所有全路径都满足功–角稳定;分级电网(包括主网)的功–角安全性特征是,所有分级路径的长度(即相位角差)均衡且较短。研究表明,等效功角指标?eq(t)可量化主网的安全性特征,且在个别分级路径变长导致整体安全性变差时,具有良好的灵敏性;PMU测量误差不影响?eq(t)曲线的趋势,仅造成上、下微小偏移;?eq(t)表征的整体安全态势,对各种摄动(运行动作和扰动)具有正确、清晰的响应。该研究不仅具有现实意义,也为实现"智能电网"提供了一条有前景的探索途径。The main grid security situation(i.e. safety level and trend) representation based on single index, facilitating the acquisition and accumulation of operational experience, and easy to "knowledge" modeling. Based on the active power path mapping elastic network model of power grid, the static power-angle security features of main grid have been analyzed. From the adaptability and noise resistance, the feasibility of the quantitative index has been selected and studied, and then the method of acquiring experience based on perturbation-safety situation awareness has been proposed. Analysis found that the necessary and sufficient condition for the static power-angle stability of the power grid is that all the paths should satisfy the power-angle stability, and then, the power-angle security features of the hierarchical power grid(including main grid) are that, more balanced and shorter in all hierarchical paths(i.e. Phase difference). Research shows, the equivalent power angle ? eq(t) indicator can quantify the security features of main grids, and it has a good sensitivity when the individual hierarchical paths become longer resulting in overall security reduction. PMU measurement errors are not affecting the trend of the ? eq(t) curve, but only cause the upper and lower tiny offset. The security situation represented by ? eq(t) curve, has correct and clear response to various kinds of perturbations(operational actions and disturbances). The research not only has practical significance, but also provides a promising exploration way for the realization of the "smart grid".
