摘 要:为了研究运行工况对四面体涡流发生器MgO颗粒污垢特性的影响,选用粒径为50nm的球形MgO颗粒为研究对象,通过矩形通道内的正交设计实验,考察了流速、浓度、入口温度以及水浴温度对颗粒污垢特性影响的主次顺序,探究了各工况参数对MgO颗粒污垢特性的影响,并且在实验范围内探寻了各工况参数的优水平组合。结果表明:在各工况参数中,浓度对污垢热阻渐近值的影响最大,流速其次,入口温度再次之,水浴温度对污垢热阻渐近值的影响最小。污垢热阻渐近值随流速的增大、浓度的减小、入口温度的降低和水浴温度的升高而减小。实验范围内,流速为0.15m·s^-1、浓度为200mg·L^-1、入口温度为23℃、水浴温度为50℃工况下结垢最少。In order to study the effects of operating conditions on the characteristics of particulate fouling with tetrahedral vortex generators, the diameter of 50 nm magnesium oxide particles were used as the research object. Experiment were conducted in rectangular channel to investigate the order of the effect of flow rate, concentration of working fluid, inlet temperature and water bath temperature on particulate fouling characteristics and to investigate the influence of various operating parameters on the characteristics of particulate fouling by means of orthogonal design. And the optimal combination of operating parameters was also explored in the experimental range. The results show that the effect of working fluid concentration on the characteristics of fouling is the biggest, the effect of the flow velocity of working fluid is the second, the effect of the inlet temperature is the third, and the influence of the bath temperature is the least. The thermal resistance increases with the increase of the working fluid flow rate, the decrease of the working medium concentration, the decrease of the inlet temperature and the increase of the water bath temperature. In the experimental range, when the flow rate is 0.15 m·s-1, the concentration is 200 mg·L-1, the inlet temperature is 23℃, and the water bath temperature is 50℃,the amount of fouling is the least.
