摘 要:以针对超超临界燃煤锅炉用高温耐热材料而开发的镍-铁基合金为研究对象,在模拟锅炉烟灰/气环境中研究轧制态和热处理态合金的高温腐蚀行为。通过不连续称重法测量试样的重量变化,采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)X-射线衍射(XRD)等分析方法研究合金组织结构、腐蚀产物形貌、元素分布和腐蚀产物物相。结果表明:合金耐烟灰/气腐蚀性能受合金组织状态的影响显著,合金组织越均匀,耐蚀性越好;750℃/500h腐蚀后,合金表面主要腐蚀产物为富Fe、Cr氧化物,另有少量Al2O3、TiO2及Ti、Mo的内硫化腐蚀产物;热处理态合金耐蚀性更好,腐蚀产物层连续完整,腐蚀增重约为轧制态合金的1/4,500h腐蚀层深度约为轧制态的1/3。Corrosion behaviors of rolled and heat treated Ni-Fe Based Superalloy which used in ultra-supercritical boilers were studied under simulated coal ash/gas environment. The weight changes of the tested samples were measured by discontinuous weighting method, and the microstructures, the morphologies, compositions and phases of the corrosion products were analyzed using OM, SEM, EDS and XRD. Results indicate that the corrosion resistance of the tested alloy with different microstructure are significant difference which the microstructure of heat treated superalloy is the more uniform, the better corrosion resistance. After corrosion for 500 h at 750℃, oxides in riches of Fe and Cr are the main corrosion products on the tested alloy surface, while a small amount of Al2 O3, TiO2 and minor inner sulfide of Ti and Mo. The better corrosion resistance and corrosion products of continuity and integrity are obviously observed on the heat treated alloy. The mass gain and the corrosion depth of heat treated alloy are about a quarter and one-third times than rolled alloy for 500 h.
