摘 要:永磁同步电机低速无位置传感器控制系统的性能与位置检测精度密切相关。基于脉振高频电压注入法,分析电机参数不对称和电流检测偏差对位置估计误差的影响,指出两者均会导致估计位置中产生2次谐波误差。提出一种有初相角的双重滤波补偿方法来消除谐波误差,为解决初相角难以准确获取的问题又提出了一种改进的方法。在一套1.5kW的PMSM驱动平台上进行实验验证,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。The performance of sensor-less control for permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)at low speeds mainly depends on the detection precision of rotor position.This paper focused on high-frequency pulsating voltage injection.Firstly,it was pointed out that the estimated position includes a significant2nd harmonic error considering motor parameter asymmetry and current detection error.This harmonic error was theoretically analyzed.Secondly,a dual filter compensation method with an initial phase angle was proposed to eliminate the error.Yet not enough the initial phase angle is hard to be calculated,and then an improved method is put forward.Lastly,the validity of the proposed compensation method is verified by experiments on the platform for a1.5kW PMSM drive.
