摘 要:气体绝缘组合开关(gas insulated switchgear,GIS)设备内部发生局部放电时,会产生并向外辐射光和电磁波信号,通过测量产生的光和电磁波信号可以实现对局部放电的检测。局部放电特高频法目前已被广泛应用于GIS中局部放电的检测。光测法具有灵敏度高、对电磁干扰完全免疫等优点,拥有广阔的应用前景,但由于未解决传感器安全植入GIS内部的问题,目前尚无现场应用。将荧光光纤和GIS内置特高频传感器相结合,研制出用于GIS内部局部放电检测的新型光电复合传感器。仿真结果表明,复合传感器在不影响GIS内部电场分布以及内置特高频传感器性能的基础上,实现了荧光光纤的植入;实体GIS局部放电检测试验显示复合传感器可同时检测局部放电中光和特高频信号,对于金属尖刺缺陷,荧光光纤法具有更高的检测灵敏度。光测法的检测幅值和放电量近似为线性关系。随着缺陷和传感器距离的增加,光信号幅值呈现每厘米约2.2%的衰减。研究结果为GIS中局部放电检测提供了一种更加灵敏、可靠的检测方法。When partial discharge(PD)occurs in gas insulatedswitchgear(GIS),itwillexcitelightand electromagnetic signal.The PD can be detected by measuring these signals.At present,the ultra high frequency(UHF) method has been widely used to detect the PD in GIS. Although the optical method has a high sensitivity and good anti-interference performance,it has not been used in field due to the problem of mounting optical sensor into GIS.To solve this problem,the fluorescent optical fiber was embedded in the GIS internal UHF sensor to make a novel sensor that combined the optical and UHF method of PD detection.The simulation result shows,that the sensor will not influence the field distribution in GIS and has no influence on the UHF sensor, too.The PD detection experiment result based on the integrated sensor in physics GIS shows that the combined sensor can detect the optical and UHF signal excited by the PD at the same time.The optical method has a higher sensitivity than the UHF when detecting the protrusion defect.The amplitude of optical signal approximately has a linear relationship with the discharge quantity.The optical signal amplitude significantly decreased with the distance increasing.
