摘 要:研究了不同厚度的Parylene C型涂层对微波印制线路的幅度和相位影响,涂覆后对幅度的影响比较小,相位的影响稍大;研究了C型涂层在10 GHz以下对微带线路的影响,10μm涂层在5 GHz以下损耗基本没有变化;研究了C型涂层对10 GHz以下功分器的驻波、隔离、相位、损耗影响,涂覆后相位一致性变化小于3°,损耗增加小于0.1dB,对驻波、隔离影响也较小;研究了C型涂层对子阵延迟线T/R组件在8 GHz^12 GHz电性能影响,在11 GHz以后明显下降。研究结果表明:10μm C型涂层对5 GHz以下微带线路的微波性能几乎无影响,对10 GHz左右微带线路影响略大,可以用于5 GHz以下微波组件中的微带线路防护。The amplitude and phase effects of Parylene C coatings with different thicknesses on microwave printing lines are studied.The effect of the coating on the amplitude is relatively small,and the influence of phase is slightly larger. The effect of C coating on microstrip line under 10 GHz is studied,and the loss of 10 μm coating under 5 GHz is basically unchanged. The effect of C coating on the standing wave and isolation of the power splitter under 10 GHz is also studied. The effect of C coating on the electrical performance of the delay line T/R component in 8 GHz ~ 12 GHz is studied,and it decreases significantly after 11 GHz. The results of the study show that the 10 μm C coating has little effect on the micros-trip line under 5 GHz,and has a slightly larger influence on the micro-strip line under about 10 GHz,which can be used for the protection of micro-strip lines in the microwave components below 5 GHz.
