摘  要:运用核心竞争力理论,对我国竞技体育核心竞争力构成要素进行识别、筛选、梳理与划分,通过要素体系架构与GEM模型相结合,构建我国竞技体育核心竞争力GEM评价模型,并依此探究我国竞技体育核心竞争力提升机制。研究表明:1.我国竞技体育核心竞争力包含24项基本要素,并依据其特征划分为3个要素层次、6个要素集合;2.我国竞技体育发展处于全球领先水平,同时各要素层次间评分差距较大,表明我国竞技体育面临一定的不均衡发展问题;3.基于要素体系架构与GEM模型评价结果,从资源整合、管理体制、培养工作、科研扶持、文化氛围与群众基础6个角度出发,依次提出多渠道筹资机制、多元治理机制、产学研一体化体制、价值导向转变机制与相互取予机制,以推动我国竞技体育核心竞争力的进一步提升,从而实现我国竞技体育的跨越式发展。Referring to the core competitiveness theory,this paper identifies,screens,untangles and classifies the components of core competitiveness of Chinese athletic sports.Through the combination of factor system framework and GEM model,this paper constructs the GEM evaluation model and explores the mechanism of promoting the core competitiveness of Chinese athletic sports. Revealing the finding:1.The core competitiveness of Chinese athletic sports consists of24basic elements,which are divided into3 levels and6elements according to their characteristics;2.The development of Chinese athletic sports is at the leading level in the world,while the score gap between the various elements is large,indicating that Chinese athletic sports are facing a certain imbalance in development;3.Based on the factor system and GEM model,this paper puts forward a mechanism to promote the core compet tiveness of Chinese athletic sports and realize the leap-forward development of Chinese athletic sports from resource integration, management system,training work,scientific research support,cultural atmosphere and mass basis.
