摘　　要：本文通过研究新疆维吾尔族SLE患者外周血pDC的变化,探讨其在维吾尔族SLE发病中的作用。采用流式细胞术检测外周血pDC水平,ELISA检测血清IFN-α、IL-23浓度。研究发现SLE患者外周血pDC水平显著低于正常对照组,其中SLE活动组水平明显低于缓解组,其pDC水平与SLE活动性指数(SLE disease activity index,SLEDAI)评分呈负相关;SLE患者血清IFN-α、IL-23水平明显升高,且两者浓度与pDC水平呈正相关。上述结果提示,维吾尔族SLE患者外周血pDC水平显著降低,并且与病情活动度相关,其相应细胞因子表达异常,引发机体的免疫异常,从而导致疾病的发生发展。To investigate the change of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDC) in the peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and its significance in the pathogenesis of the disease, the level of pDC was measured by flow cytometry. The concentrations of IFN-α and IL-23 in the serum were measured by ELISA. The study showed that the level of circulating pDC was significantly decreased in SLE patients compared with healthy controls. The pDC level in active SLE patients was lower than those in inactive SLE patients. The level of pDC was negatively correlated with SLEDAI scores in active SLE patients. The concentrations of IFN-α, IL-23 in the serum of the patients were higher than that of the healthy controls, and the level of pDC was correlated with them in the patients. These results indicate that the level of circulating pDC in patients with SLE from the Xinjiang Uygurs Autonomous Region is reduced. Moreover, the level of pDC is correlated with the concentrations of IFN-α and IL-23, which might promote the progression of the disease.
