摘　　要：目的理解男性乳房发育症患者行乳腺腔镜手术前后的真实体验,为制定围手术期的护理策略提供依据。方法用质性研究现象学方法,对14例男性乳房发育症接受腔镜手术的患者进行深度访谈。结果通过访谈14例男性乳房发育症患者在就医过程中和腔镜手术围手术期的真实体验,归纳出4个主题:(1)自我形象紊乱;(2)手术前对疾病的焦虑和困惑;(3)渴望从医护人员处获得专业知识;(4)乳腺腔镜手术后治疗认知不同。结论男性乳房发育症患者自卑、敏感的心理状态及对乳腺腔镜手术知识的缺乏可能导致焦虑、抑郁等心理问题发生,严重影响其身心整体康复,针对这一特定群体更新护理策略,改进服务模式,为腔镜下男性乳房发育症患者的护理提供理论依据。Objective To understand the real experience of male patients with gynecomastia before and after breast endoscopic surgery,and to provide evidence for the development of perioperative nursing strategies.MethodsA qualitative phenomenological study was conducted to conduct in-depth interviews with14male patients undergoing endoscopic mastectomy.ResultsFourteen male patients with gynecomastia were interviewed during the course of treatment and during the perioperative period of endoscopic surgery.Four themes were summarized:(1)self-image disorder(inferiority complex,sensitive psychology,dissatisfaction with body shape);(2)anxiety and confusion about the disease before surgery; (3)desire to obtain professional knowledge from medical staff.(4)cognitive differences in the treatment of breast endoscopic surgery(repeated worries about the disease,improvement of health-related cognitive ability).ConclusionsGynecomastia patients with low self-esteem,sensitive psychological status.and lack of knowledge of breast endoscopic surgery may lead to anxiety,depression and other psychological problems,seriously affecting their physical health.In order to provide theoretical basis for the nursing of gynecomastia patients under endoscopy,the holistic rehabilitation of heart should update nursing strategy and improve the service mode.
